Common Rail repairs and maintenance on diesel equipment for passenger and commercial class vehicles have been performed by RPM diesel since 1956. We are one of the highest-quality marine diesel specialists in the country that meet or exceed the standards set by OEM manufacturers for repairs and replacements. We are one of the only two facilities in the Broward/Dade area that is factory-authorized by Bosch to work on their fuel injection components. Fuel injection maintenance is one of the many services we provide, and it is also one of the most critical.
To get it done right, you must use certified and regulated tools and workplaces. We use HEPA-filtered air systems to keep our Bosch-cleaned working areas free of contaminants, because all Fuel Injection maintenance is conducted in our Bosch-certified areas. We use Bosch’s software, which allows us to monitor the repair procedure in ways that a person alone could not. The software compares the many parts of the Common Rail injector system after it has been altered, such as shims, to the factory standards Bosch established. This is critical to make sure the comparisons are precise. We use accurate measuring equipment and instruments every two weeks to ensure their calibration.
We also have a Bosch-certified test bench model EPS 815. This bench is capable of testing all passenger vehicle class and commercial vehicle class injectors. Every step in the Common Rail assembly and repair process is carefully monitored to ensure that the repair occurs without problems. The test bench is also capable of testing Bosch fuel pumps CP3 and CP4 model as well as CP4, CP3, and CP2 model injectors. All of our testing equipment is calibrated to the same specifications as were used to build the injection devices at Bosch’s plants.
